William Speers :Son of Samuel

This is as far as I will come forward in my research.
William had two twins with his wife. I found this newspaper artical which I will post at some point.
I am interested to know where the twins line came from... I am so far guessing it comes through his wifes family. WHERE DID THE TWINS COME FROM...........
